The Sibillini Mountains Park Refuge |
The Campi Alto Refuge is located at Campi di Norcia (850 above sea level) within the Sibillini Mountains National Park and overlooks a beautiful and evocative landscape. The recently renovated refuge is of a typical stone and wood construction and has been adapted for accommodation purposes. The refuge is one of the stopping points on the Sibillini Mountains Great Ring. The refuge is arranged on two floors: on the first floor there is a pleasant restaurant and on the second floor there are two bedrooms; one with 9 bed spaces |

and the other with 16 spaces plus bathrooms and showers. Each bed can be equipped with linen and duvets or you can use your own sleeping bags. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains from the rooms. Also, fantastic paths and trails in the Sibillini Mountains National Park start from the refuge. In winter, the refuge is open for groups (minimum 20 persons) when you can discover the beauty of the ‘white’ mountains by snow walking with racket snowshoes. |
